Flirti is operated by Digital Media Group Ltd., registered in Curaçao ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Accounts are pseudonymous. If you sign in, we collect your email address solely to send a one-time login code and to secure your account; your email is never shown on the Service or shared with other members. Inside the product you are identified only by a random handle and avatar. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Generated Media

All generations are AI-created from text prompts and character definitions — the Service does not accept photo uploads.
Media you generate is stored in secure cloud storage and associated with your account.
Media you delete is removed; published posts remain until you hide or delete them.

Usage Data

Anonymised usage statistics to help us improve the service.
Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, retained for up to 30 days.

Payment Information

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, or Telegram Stars). We receive only a confirmation of payment and the credit pack purchased.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate the media you request and return results to you.
To manage your credit balance, purchases and transaction history.
To authenticate you via one-time email code when you sign in.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
To operate safety systems, including automated content checks and human moderation.
To improve the quality and performance of our service.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your generations to train AI models.
We do not show or share your email address with other members.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Data Retention

Deleted media: removed from our systems.
Account data: retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via contact.
Server logs: retained for up to 30 days.
Payment records: retained as long as required by tax and accounting rules.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our report abuse form or contact us via support@flirti.net.

6. Children's Privacy

Flirti is an adults-only service and is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data promptly.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
