Refunds
Flirti sells credit packs — there are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. This page explains when you can get your money back, how the automatic parts work, and what a chargeback does to your account.
The 80% rule (self-serve refunds)
Telegram Stars purchases can be refunded self-serve while you still hold at least 80% of the credits that purchase added to your account. In plain language: you can undo a purchase you haven't really started using.
- Refunding returns your Stars and deducts the credits. If you have spent more than 20% of a pack, that pack is no longer refundable — other packs you haven't touched still are.
- The check is per-purchase: each pack is tracked separately, so spending from one pack never blocks the refund of a different one.
- Bonuses received because of the purchase (rebates, tips) come back with it. If a refund leaves your balance negative, the negative amount becomes a debt that is settled from your next credits.
- Where to do it: open Credits → refundable purchases, or message @paysupport in the Flirti bot. Refunds are one tap and usually instant.
Failed and rejected generations
Generation attempts that are rejected by our checks or fail technically are refunded automatically — you never lose credits to a result that wasn't delivered. This is instant and needs no request.
Crypto payments (NOWPayments)
Crypto purchases don't have a self-serve refund flow. If a crypto payment was credited twice, didn't credit at all, or you need your money back, use the payment support form or message @paysupport from the bot — we handle these case by case. Crypto network fees cannot be returned; refunds, when granted, are minus the fee the network charged.
Chargebacks
A chargeback happens when you ask your payment provider (Telegram, or your crypto processor) directly for your money back instead of asking us. When a chargeback arrives:
- The credits from that purchase are clawed back from your balance the same way a refund would deduct them (spending from free and earned balances is reversed too, where it came from that purchase).
- If the clawback takes more than you still hold — meaning you spent the credits and kept the money — the account is suspended automatically until support resolves the case. This is automatic and applies to every burn-through chargeback.
- Already-spent credits and creator earnings that flowed out of the purchase are reversed from the recipients as well; that's between the platform and the creators, not you.
Before filing a chargeback, try the 80%-rule refund above — it's faster and keeps your account in good standing. If you have a payment problem a refund can't fix, message @paysupport first; most issues are solved the same day.
What is not refundable
- Credits you have spent on generations, unlocks, or tips (that's what the 80% rule measures).
- Free daily credits — they were never money.
- Purchases on accounts banned for policy violations (see moderation).
Questions about a specific payment: @paysupport in the bot, or the contact page for everything else.
