Welcome to Flirti. Flirti is operated by Digital Media Group Ltd., registered in Curaçao. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flirti ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flirti is an AI-powered entertainment service for creating and sharing fictional AI-generated characters and media. The Service is provided as a web application at flirti.net. Every character on Flirti is entirely fictional and generated by AI; the Service does not accept photo uploads and does not permit likenesses of real people.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts are pseudonymous and are accessed via one-time login codes sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and any activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Purchased credits are non-refundable once spent, subject to our refund policy. Free tier users receive a limited number of free credits, and creators can earn credits when other members spend on their content. Creator earnings can be spent on Flirti and are never withdrawable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never store your card details.

5. Your Content and Posts

Posts are public by default; you choose Private for any post, and you can hide or delete your published posts at any time. Generated media is owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party licences. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

attempt to create or share content depicting minors, real people, or non-consensual scenarios
upload images of real people or claim a character is a real person
use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others
attempt to circumvent usage limits, safety systems, or security measures
resell or redistribute the Service without permission
use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We enforce these rules with automatic safety systems and human moderation. Violations can lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and — where required — reports to the relevant authorities.

7. Moderation and Reporting

All generations pass automated safety checks before delivery, and published content can be reported through the report abuse form. We maintain a notice-and-takedown process for illegal content, including DMCA claims, and cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIRTI AND DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles.
